- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1½ teaspoons kosher salt (plus extra to taste)
- ¾ teaspoon black pepper (plus extra to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 to 3 green onions thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
