    Ingredients
      

    • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
    • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
    • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard powder
    • ½ teaspooh kosher salt (plus extra to taste)
    • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
    • 1 cup favorite BBQ sauce (divided, plus extra for serving)
    • 3 pounds chicken wings (separated into drumettes and flats)

    Instructions
     

    • Spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray. Place the seasoned wings in the bottom of the crockpot. Top with all the seasonings and ½ cup of the BBQ sauce. Stir or toss lightly to coat.

    • Cover and cook on high for 2½ to 3 hours or low for 4 to 5 hours, until the wings are tender and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

    • To get those caramelized and crispy edges:
      Broiler: Preheat the oven broiler and line a baking sheet with foil. Arrange the wings in a single layer and brush with half of the remaining BBQ sauce. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning once, until the sauce begins to caramelize and the edges are crisp.
      Air Fryer: Preheat an air fryer to 425℉. Brush wings with remaining BBQ sauce and place in air fryer basket (do not overcrowd, work in batches if needed) and cook until the sauce begins to caramelize and the edges are crisp.
