- 2 cups redskin salted peanuts
Instructions
- Coat the inside of a 2 to 3-quart crock pot with non stick spray and turn on low.
- Add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter to crockpot.
- Cover with lid and cook on low heat until the chips and peanut butter is melted, stirring periodically, about 20 to 30 minutes once the pot is hot.
- When all ingredients are melted add peanuts and stir.
- Drop by the spoonful (approximately 1 tablespoon each) onto parchment paper then refrigerate.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
