Ingredients
- 8 ounces salsa
- 2 (16-ounce) cans refried beans
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Grease the inside of a 2 to 3-quart crockpot. Add diced tomatoes, refried beans, and taco seasoning mix to the crockpot and stir.

- Cover and slow cook for 3 to 4 hours on low until warm, stirring halfway through.

- Stir in ¾ cup of the cheese and top with the remaining ¼ cup cheese. Cover and heat until the cheese is melted. Season to taste and garnish.
