These slow cooker refried beans are creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold flavor using just 4 simple ingredients. They're perfect as a cozy side dish or an easy, crowd-pleasing dip for any night of the week.
Grease the inside of a 2 to 3-quart crockpot. Add diced tomatoes, refried beans, and taco seasoning mix to the crockpot and stir.
Cover and slow cook for 3 to 4 hours on low until warm, stirring halfway through.
Stir in ¾ cup of the cheese and top with the remaining ¼ cup cheese. Cover and heat until the cheese is melted. Season to taste and garnish.
