Now it's my go-to for repurposing leftover holiday chocolate into something even better-sweet, crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth perfection.

Kori's tips.
- Line your slow cooker with parchment paper or use a disposable liner for super easy cleanup.
- Don't overcook the chocolate-stir often so it melts smoothly and doesn't scorch.
- To keep those candy bar chunks intact, take the slow cooker insert off the heat before stirring in the peanuts and candy pieces. Work quickly to spoon them onto parchment paper or a silicone mat so they start cooling right away.
- Let the clusters cool completely before moving them, so they set up perfectly.
