Pumpkin Spice Latte Crockpot Recipe Ingredients

Ingredients needed for making crockpot pumpkin spice latte

Here are the ingredients you will need to make this crockpot pumpkin spice latte recipe:

    • Unflavored Cold Brew Coffee: brew your own cold brew coffee or use your favorite store brand.
    • Whole Milk: you can use low-fat or other dairy-free alternative.
    • Canned Pumpkin Puree: make sure to use plain pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling.
    • Sugar: regular sugar or a sugar substitute.
    • Vanilla Extract
    • Pumpkin Pie Spice

For exact ingredient quantities, please see the recipe card below!

    Substitutions and Variations

    • Make it dairy-free by using oat, cashew, or almond milk.
    • Add heavy cream or half and half for a creamier, richer latte.
    • Use a sugar substitute like allulose or stevia in place of sugar.
    • Adjust any seasonings to taste.
    • Allow your pumpkin spice latte to cool completely, then serve over ice. Store leftovers in the fridge for lattes all week long!
    • Omit the pumpkin puree and sugar to use pumpkin coffee syrup. The end result will not have the same texture or taste but can be done regular or sugar-free.

How To Make This Easy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Adding all the the pumpkin spice latte ingredients to a white oval crockpot.
    1. Add all ingredients to the crockpot and whisk to combine.
Covering the crockpot pumpkin spice latte mixture with a lid to slow cook until heated.

    2. Cover and cook on low until done. Adjust any ingredients to taste.

Hint: be careful not to curdle the milk - only heat on low and just until it's hot.

How to Serve Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Lattes

    • Set some mugs next to the slow cooker, along with toppings for serving!
    • Toppings can be whipped cream, extra cinnamon, or a fresh cinnamon stick for garnish!
    • You don't have to serve a crowd, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate. Heat individual servings in the microwave all week long!
    • Serve hot or iced.
    • If serving iced, make coffee ice cubes for serving so it won't water down your latte--my favorite way to make an iced coffee!

Best Pumpkin Spice Latte Crockpot Tips

    • Refrigerate your leftovers and serve as an iced coffee.
    • If serving for a party, everything can be mixed ahead of time and stored in the fridge until you're ready to heat.
    • Use only unsweetened pumpkin puree; do not use pumpkin pie filling, as it is presweetened and has spices in it already.

Pumpkin Spice Latte Slow Cooker FAQ's

    How to store it

Cool your leftover pumpkin spice latte mixture before you transfer it to an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

    How to reheat

You can reheat your latte in the microwave or over low heat in a saucepan until heated through. If heating in the microwave, heat in 30-second increments to prevent scalding your milk.
A safe reheated temperature for milk or cream is 165 degrees F.

How many shots of coffee are in a pumpkin spice latte?

Latte's are traditionally made with espresso shots and you could make a latte with 2 or more shots of espresso. We use a strong cold brew coffee concentrate for the base of this recipe.

What makes pumpkin spice latte so good?

Pumpkin spice lattes are so good because they're creamy, full of pumpkin pie spices, and have great coffee flavor as well. Comforting both hot or iced!

What is a skinny pumpkin spice latte?

A "skinny" pumpkin spice latte is usually when you use low-fat or sugar-free options for the add-ins. So you would usually use fat-free milk and sugar-free pumpkin syrup for the best flavor and lowest calories.

    • AUTHOR'S NOTE: Getting that perfect latte to your taste is important! Adjust any ingredient you want. If you like your coffee stronger, by all means, add more. If you want more pumpkin, add it in. If you like it sweeter, add more sugar.
    • VARIATIONS:
      • Creamy oat milk or almond milk may be substituted for milk. For a creamier latte, use some heavy cream or half and half. Substitute low-fat or fat-free ingredients if desired.
      • Omit the pumpkin puree and sugar and use pumpkin coffee syrup. This does not have the same taste as fresh pumpkin, so you will have completely different results.
      • A sugar-free sweetener like allulose or stevia may be used.
    • TIP TIPS: This can be served cold. Refrigerate and drink it all week over ice! If serving for a party, everything can be mixed together in advance and refrigerated until ready to heat; Use only unsweetened pumpkin puree, do not use pumpkin pie filling as it is presweetened and has spices.
    • SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Set mugs out next to the slow cooker along with whipped cream and cinnamon for sprinkling.
