Delicious crock pot chicken and stuffing swiss cheese cordon bleu is a super easy dinner idea! Add all ingredients to the crockpot, slow cook, and voila!
Spray the inside of a crockpot with nonstick spray.
Mix soup and chicken broth in a small bowl. Spread ¼ of the soup mixture on the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place chicken breasts on top of the soup, then layer the ham and cheese slices. Spread the remaining soup mixture over the top then sprinkle with the dried stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F).

TOP TIPS: If some of the stuffing did not absorb juices, ladle a spoonful the juices from the pot over the top and fluff lightly with a fork.
VARIATIONS: For a full meal, add a can of drained green beans after you layer the ham and cheese slices.
