Such a simple way to cook tender crock pot sirloin steak - but it has huge flavor! Serve it over mashed potatoes and a side of corn and you've got the perfect weeknight dinner!
2tablespoonsworcestershire sauce(balsamic vinegar may be substituted)
1packetbeef gravy mix
1packetdry ranch dressing mix
1½tablespoonscornstarch (optional thickener)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk beef broth, worcestershire, vinegar, gravy mix, ranch dressing, and cornstarch together.
Place the sliced sirloin steak in the crock pot. Pour the sauce over the top of the steak. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until the steak is done and tender.
Remove the steak and thicken the gravy with more cornstarch, if needed. Adjust salt and pepper to taste and add in additional balsamic vinegar or Worcestershire if desired. Serve and enjoy!

VARIATIONS: Sliced carrots and halved baby potatoes can cook with the steak. Thicken the gravy if needed using additional cornstarch whisked with water.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Season to taste and garnish with fresh parsley or chives. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice with a side of sweet corn or sweet peas.
