Once you know how your crock pot runs (hotter or cooler), you can adjust as needed. TIPS: Frozen ravioli can release a little extra starch as they cook, which helps the layers hold together. Avoid stirring to keep the ravioli from breaking apart.VARIATIONS: Grated parmesan can be added between layers or sprinkled over the top for extra savory flavor. Italian seasoning can be lightly sprinkled between layers to enhance the classic lasagna feel. Fresh spinach can be layered in with the ravioli and cheese at the beginning and will cook down as the dish cooks.SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with garlic bread or a simple green salad. Finish with extra parmesan just before serving, if using, for a cozy final touch.
