butterscotch baking chips

creamy peanut butter

redskin salted peanuts
Instructions
Coat the inside of a 2 to 3-quart crock pot with non stick spray and turn on low.
Add chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter to crockpot
.
Cover with lid and cook on low heat until the chips and peanut butter is melted, stirring periodically, about 20 to 30 minutes once the pot is hot.
When all ingredients are melted add peanuts and stir.
Drop by the spoonful (approximately 1 tablespoon each) onto parchment paper then refrigerate.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

faster melting,
preheat the crockpot. Melting takes about 20 to 30 minutes (or less) once the crockpot is warm.
Periodically stir the mixture
. Once a few chips melt, it doesn't take long for the rest to follow.
Sugar-free chocolate and butterscotch chips can be substituted for regular ones.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
