HOW TO MAKE

SAUTE

Start by sautéing the onion and celery in the crockpot with butter until soft.

ADD INGREDIENTS

Add the onion and celery to the crockpot if done separate. Add remaining ingredients besides the half and half, fish and parsley.

COVER AND COOK

Cover and cook on low until the potatoes are tender. Remove bay leaves.

BLEND & ADD

Blend your soup with an immersion blender if desired. Add the fish and parsley now and cook until fish is done.

ADD CREAM & FINISH

Warm the half and half in the microwave before adding to the soup. Add lemon juice and seasonings to taste.

Garnish! Top your soup with crumbled bacon, fresh chopped parsley, shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream.
