Creamy, cheesy 5-ingredient ranch crockpot potatoes made right in the crockpot using simple ingredients and almost no prep. This easy slow cooker side dish is perfect for busy weeknights, potlucks, and family dinners when you want comfort food without the extra work.

Instructions
Add the halved potatoes to a greased crockpot. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the potatoes. Pour in the cheddar cheese soup and chicken broth. Stir gently to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Stir in the sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese. If needed, cover and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes - or just until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are creamy.
