VARIATIONS: Use a few tablespoons of favorite pizza topping you like - sliced olives, mushrooms (use canned or you'll have too much moisture). Add spice with red pepper flakes.
TIP: Some of the smaller crockpot cook really fast - others slow. Adjust cooking time accordingly; if you can't get pepperoni minis it is best to cut up larger pepperoni so it's easier to dip and grab with crackers.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve warm in the crockpot. Use crackers, mini breadsticks, small pieces of bread, or raw vegetables for dipping. Garnish with top with a little extra cheese, pepper slices, and green pepper for color.
