Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until hot and the chocolate is melted. Whisk together before serving.
Ladle hot cocoa into mugs. Adjust the chocolate level with chocolate syrup if desired, and top with marshmallows and chocolate shavings.

Creamy oat milk or almond milk may be substituted for milk. Low-fat or fat-free ingredients may be substituted buy you will lose the creaminess.
