PRE COOK VEGGIES

Cook onion, carrot, and celery in the microwave on high for 5 minutes. Add to the crock pot.

Add in potatoes, garlic, clam juice, sausage, tomatoes, wine, seasoning, salt & pepper. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender.

SLOW COOK

Turn the slow cooker up to high and add fish and shrimp. Cover and cook 30 minutes or until the cod is flaky.

SEASON TO TASTE

Add parsley, and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve.
