LAYER INGREDIENTS

Start by adding the veggies to the bottom of the crockpot. Follow with the seasoning, roast, then water (or beer) and Worcestershire.

Cover and cook on low until the corned beef is tender.

MAKE THE SAUCE

In a small bowl combine the mustard and honey until mixed together.

SLICE AND SERVE

Remove the seasoning packet and slice the roast. Remove the veggies with a slotted spoon.
